Estimates are free within our service area and are based on a visual inspection. Prices are itemized by the linear foot and by component and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as hidden fascia rot, are quoted separately before additional work proceeds.
Work is scheduled after written approval of the estimate and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit. Weather can delay exterior work; we will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due at scheduling and the balance is due upon completion. Financing, when used, is subject to the lender’s terms.
Our workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties are described on the warranty page, which is incorporated into these terms.
