If a hanger pulls, a corner leaks or a run loses its pitch because of our work, we come back and fix it.
Every gutter installation and full replacement performed by SwiftHand Gutters is covered by a seven-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty on the sections we worked on. Gutter guard and heat tape installations are covered for workmanship for two years, in addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty.
Aluminum gutter coil we install carries a manufacturer finish warranty of 20 years or more against chalking, fading and peeling. Micro-mesh gutter guards carry manufacturer no-clog warranties from 25 years to lifetime depending on the product, and most are transferable to a new owner. Self-regulating heat cable carries the manufacturer’s product warranty, typically 10 years. We register product warranties in your name and give you the paperwork at completion.

We schedule an inspection, and if the problem falls under warranty we repair it at no charge, usually within two weeks and sooner if water is entering the home. Keep your invoice; the warranty follows the property for workmanship and transfers with the manufacturer paperwork for products.
Our workmanship warranty stays with the property for its term. Manufacturer guard and finish warranties are transferable per the manufacturer’s terms, and we provide the documents you need.
Reasonable maintenance is expected. Overflow caused by debris is not a workmanship defect, which is one reason many customers choose guards or the maintenance plan.
Hail is a homeowners insurance matter, not a workmanship defect. We document the damage and provide an estimate for your claim.
The repair itself is warrantied for one year. The rest of the existing system is not.
