Ogden’s East Bench homes were built from the 1890s through the 1950s, and many still have original fascia and soffit under gutters that have been patched for decades. We inspect the wood on every replacement, replace rotted sections with primed board, and offer half-round aluminum or copper where the architecture calls for it. Heavy snow sliding off the bench’s steep roofs crushes light gutters, so we spec .032 gauge and screw hangers at sixteen inches on north and east runs.
