Prices You Can See Before You Call

Most gutter companies will not put a number on their website. We do, because homeowners along the Wasatch Front deserve to know whether a project is a few hundred dollars or a few thousand before they book an appointment. The ranges below are what SwiftHand Gutters actually charges on typical homes in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis and Weber counties, quoted by the linear foot so you can measure your own eaves and get close.

Every estimate we write is itemized the same way: gutter footage by size and material, downspouts by count, guards and heat tape as separate lines, and any fascia repair or drainage work on its own. No surprise charges at the end, and the price on the estimate is the price on the invoice unless you change the scope.

What Moves The Price

  • Linear feet. The biggest factor. Measure along every eave that will get a gutter and add the downspout count.
  • Size and gauge. Six-inch and .032 gauge cost a little more per foot and are worth it on steep roofs and heavy-snow lots.
  • Material. Aluminum is the baseline; steel runs roughly fifty percent more and copper several times more.
  • Stories and access. Second and third stories, walk-out basements, steep lots and roofs over decks add ladder time.
  • Corners and complexity. Every inside and outside corner is a sealed miter; a cut-up roofline has more of them than a simple ranch.
  • Fascia condition. Rotted fascia must be replaced before gutters go up and is quoted separately.
  • Season. Spring and fall are busiest. Winter installs on dry days are often quicker to schedule.

Our No-Surprise Guarantee

The price on your written estimate is the price on your invoice. If we find something during the job that changes the scope, such as hidden fascia rot, we stop, show you, and get your approval before doing anything that costs more. Financing is available on qualifying projects; see financing and payment options.

FAQ

Pricing Questions

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We measure on site, write an itemized quote by the foot, and leave it with you. No obligation and no pressure visit.

Usually gauge and hangers. A .027 gauge gutter on spike-and-ferrule nails is cheaper to install and sags within a few Utah winters. We quote .032 gauge on hidden screw hangers, and the seven-year workmanship warranty covers it.

No travel charge anywhere in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis or Weber counties. Park City, Heber and canyon addresses are quoted the same way; we group mountain work so travel does not land on one customer.

We can give you a close range from your square footage and story count. The exact number needs a measurement, which takes about twenty minutes.

If a licensed, insured competitor quotes the same gauge, hanger type and warranty for less, show us the quote and we will match it or tell you why we cannot.
