Orem is Utah County’s largest replacement market. Age is the first issue. Seventies and eighties gutters in Orem were typically .027 gauge, hung on spikes into wood fascia that has since absorbed decades of overflow. They sag mid-run, pull away at the corners and overflow in spring melt. We replace them with heavier gauge, add downspouts where the original layout was short, and repair fascia by the section before the new gutters go up.
