Traverse Mountain wind, Silicon Slopes new builds and a historic downtown. Thirty minutes from Sandy.

Lehi has grown faster than any city on the Wasatch Front, and its gutters show it. Traverse Mountain, the Thanksgiving Point area, Dry Creek, Holbrook Farms and the subdivisions along Pioneer Crossing are full of homes built in the last fifteen years with builder-grade gutters sized to the minimum, while historic downtown Lehi around Main Street and the Lehi Roller Mills has homes from the early 1900s that need fascia repair and sometimes half-round profiles.
SwiftHand Gutters is thirty minutes from Lehi over the Point of the Mountain and runs a north Utah County route through it weekly with American Fork, Highland and Alpine. We replace undersized builder gutters, strap systems for the wind, match HOA colors on Traverse Mountain and work with builders on new construction.

Wind is the defining Lehi problem. Traverse Mountain and the Point of the Mountain funnel gusts that regularly top sixty miles an hour across the north end of the city, and the open ground on the west side toward Saratoga Springs gives them a clear run at downspouts and gutters hung on spikes. We hang Lehi gutters on screw hangers at sixteen-inch centers on exposed runs and strap downspouts at every elbow and every ten feet of drop.
Elevation and snow matter on Traverse Mountain, which sits high enough to get bench-style accumulation and ice on north-facing eaves; six-inch gutters and heat tape are common there. On the valley floor the issue is sizing and drainage: many builder gutters have too few downspouts for the roof area, and flat lots send roof water back toward window wells. Traverse Mountain, Holbrook Farms and most newer Lehi subdivisions have HOA color rules we handle with the sample ring and their approval form.
Prices are published on our pricing page and are the same in Lehi as anywhere else we work. Estimates are free, measured on site and itemized by the foot.
